Jet Finders - Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
Jet Finders LLC ("Jet Finders," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, submit a flight request, communicate with our call center, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").
Jet Finders is a lead-generation and referral service that connects individuals seeking private air charter with independent third-party charter operators and brokers ("Operators"). A core part of our Service is sharing the information you provide with Operators so they can contact you. Please read this Policy carefully.
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting fly@jetfinders.com.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide
- Contact details: name, email address, telephone number, and mailing/billing address.
- Travel request details: departure and destination, dates, times, number of passengers, aircraft preferences, and special requests.
- Communications: the content of your calls, texts, chats, emails, and contact-form submissions with our call center or support team.
b) Usage Data
- Browser type, IP address, referring URLs, pages viewed, time on site, and clicks.
c) Device Information
- Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
d) Cookies and Tracking Technologies
See our Cookies Policy for details.
Because we do not process flight payments, we generally do not collect your payment-card or bank-account details; any such information is provided directly to the Operator you engage.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To connect you with one or more Operators and facilitate your private-charter request.
- To contact you by phone, SMS/text, and email, including via our call center and automated systems, to help you get connected to the right charter company (see Section 3).
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- To operate, maintain, improve, and secure our website and Services.
- To send you service-related and, where permitted, promotional communications.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Communications - Calls, Texts & Email Consent
When you provide your phone number or email, you consent to be contacted by Jet Finders and by the Operators we connect you with at those contact points, including by live agent, automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS/MMS text message, for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling your request. Consent to autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages is not a condition of using our Services. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies.
You may opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you may opt out of calls or email by telling our representative or emailing fly@jetfinders.com. Opting out of Jet Finders messages does not affect communications from Operators you have separately engaged.
4. How We Disclose Your Information
We may share your information with:
- Operators (charter operators and brokers): We share your lead information, including your name, contact details, and travel request, with one or more Operators so they can contact and serve you. This is the primary purpose of our Service.
- Service providers: telephony/SMS platforms, CRM and call-center software, hosting, email, and analytics providers that act on our behalf.
- Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
California "sale"/"share" note: Because we forward your lead information to Operators (and may use advertising cookies), our disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws. You have the right to opt out: see Section 6.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following bases: your consent; performance of a contract or to take steps at your request before entering a contract; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests (such as connecting you with Operators, improving our Services, and preventing fraud).
6. Your Privacy Rights
a) U.S. State Rights (including California CCPA/CPRA)
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used and disclosed.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise these rights, including to opt out of the sale/sharing of your information, email us at fly@jetfinders.com. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
b) GDPR/UK Rights
If you are in the EEA or UK, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Email and Text Communications (CAN-SPAM / TCPA)
- You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the "unsubscribe" link, and out of texts by replying STOP.
- We send marketing communications only to users who have opted in or with whom we have a business relationship.
- We honor opt-out requests promptly and do not use deceptive headers or subject lines.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and to meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type:
- Lead and travel-request data: retained for a limited period to facilitate your request and follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Communications (call, text, email records): retained for a limited period for quality, support, and legal-compliance purposes.
- Usage and analytics data: retained in aggregated or anonymized form where possible.
- Marketing data: retained until you opt out or withdraw consent.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites and to Operators. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; we encourage you to review their policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the Effective Date above, and your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
